Algonquin Winter Tracking 2012

Wednesday (Day 5)

A quick stop to simply take some nice scenic winter photographs, at the start of the Opeongo Road.
I spent a good part of the day on Kearney Lake.

Here I found this set of Wild Turkey tracks. I eventually found the bird at the end of this trail. No photo though - wild turkeys are quite skittish.

Another otter slide.
Nice snow squall sky.
At the south end of Kearney Lake, at the end of my "expedition" to the north end (in the distance) and back.
Hopefully you're not tired of otter slides! I've seen a lot of them this year. And I think they're really cool.
